      The I.T. Intertechnik TRI120/3.00/0.80 Tritec Coil is a high-end air core coil, part of Crossover components. This coil combines all the desirable positive effects of an inductor. It is made with "Septem Coxid" technology and has concentric stranded construction with 7 single wires. It is equipped with thermoplastic enamel wire, which is baked and soaked. The coil comes with low ohmic resistance and a very low skin effect. There are no saturation distortions or hysteresis distortions. The inductance remains constant with voltage and load changes, and it has a low self-capacity. The Tritec wire with 7 twisted conductors offers several advantages such as flexibility, increased current carrying capacity, reduction in skin effect, and noise reduction. This makes the Intertechnik Tritec coils with 7 twisted wire conductor a preferred choice in audio cabling.
