The coil is baked and soaked in thermoplastic enamel wire for durability. It has a low self-capacitance and offers excellent sonic characteristics. The coil's resistance to temperature changes from -90 °C to 135 °C and an insulation temperature of 150 °C make it a reliable choice for audio cabling.
