      The Jantzen Audio 000-5270 is a meticulously engineered iron core coil designed for high-end audio crossover systems. With a 1.5mH inductance and a low direct current resistance (DCR) of just 0.32 Ω, it ensures that your audio system retains its efficiency and sound quality. The coil is crafted using high-purity 20 AWG copper wire, wound around a Permite core with discs, resulting in an extremely low DCR that does not alter the driver's damping factor nor contribute to efficiency loss. This choice of material for the core and discs greatly reduces hysteresis compared to ferrite cores, providing a significant improvement in sound quality.
