The Khadas Tone2 Pro Black DAC features the highly acclaimed ESS ES9038Q2M DAC chip, delivering exceptional sound quality with a low total harmonic distortion (THD+N) of -118dB. The DAC supports a wide range of audio formats, including PCM up to 32bit/768kHz and DSD512, ensuring detailed and accurate sound reproduction. The integrated XMOS XU216 processor provides full hardware-based MQA decoding, allowing users to experience high-fidelity audio streaming.

This DAC offers versatile connectivity options with two USB-C ports, one for power and data (USB) and the other for a linear power supply (I2S), ensuring excellent power-noise isolation. It includes both 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs, as well as balanced RCA outputs, enabling seamless integration into various audio setups.
