      The miniDSP ADept is built for audiophiles seeking to digitize analog audio sources. It features a high-performance ESS ES9842 Pro ADC, offering 32-bit resolution and sample rates up to 192 kHz. This converter accepts both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs, allowing it to interface with various audio systems. With outputs in USB, SPDIF, and TOSLINK formats, the ADept ensures seamless connectivity to recording devices or playback systems.

       

      Not only does it serve as a converter, but the ADept also includes a phono preamp with precise RIAA and other vintage vinyl equalization curves. These curves, along with adjustable gain, impedance, and capacitance settings, make it suitable for a wide range of turntables and cartridges, including both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) types.

       

      Additionally, the miniDSP ADept comes with multiple DSP-based equalization presets, allowing users to store and recall their preferred settings easily.
