Dayton Audio ND25FN-4 1" Silk Dome Neodymium Tweeter Element 4 Ohm

Dayton Audio’s ND25FN-4 is a versatile 1" tweeter element for use in highly customized applications requiring smooth, clean treble output. The treated silk dome diaphragm delivers excellent detail and smoothness, while the high-strength neodymium magnet enables high output from an extremely compact size. The rear-mounted heatsink and ferrofluid-filled magnetic gap provide improved heat dissipation from the compact motor structure, for reduced power compression at high levels. A copper pole cap further reduces distortion and inductance effects.

This element is identical to the round-faceplate ND25FA-4 model, but with no faceplate installed. It’s perfect for installation into a waveguide or a custom mounting plate, or in limited clearance applications such as automotive A-pillars. Simply bond the unit in place from behind, and prepare to be surprised at the clean, detailed output!

Great little buggers. Everything works as expected. Little more difficult mounting, but all good. Well recommended. Quite durable for its delicate dome. I had a disaster when working on the crossover, they fell face first mounted on 3D printed speaker panel from 1m, bearing the weight of it, and no damage taken. Very surprised. Well recommended. Five stars.

Obwohl kompakt bauende Hochtöner mit Neodym-Magneten, stehen sie den originalen Treibern von Heco in der Celan Serie mit massivem Ferritmagneten um nichts nach.

Heb deze tweeter gekocht voor monitor audio bx5 . De orginele alu-dome was hierbij gedempt door weerstanden in het filter , speelde aldus maar goed op hoog volume en zonder demping veel te schel ! Vervangen door deze module van dayton , speelt nu vrij en perfect !

Besteld ter vervanging van kapotte M-Audio bx5 tweeter, Paste perfect in de opening (1inch). Enkel langs binnenkant speaker wat groter dan origineel maar dat zie je vooraan niet. Klinkt supergoed, geen verschil met originele tweeter. Top!

Silk Dome tweeter 1 inch besteld om tweeter van M-Audio BX5 Carbon te vervangen. Wist dat tweeter misschien niet zou passen maar ondanks iets grotere behuizing langs achter heb ik hem toch in no time kunnen monteren en vooraan merk je amper dat er een andere inzit (enkel blinkt deze iets meer, niet erg). Qua klank, top! Geen enkel verschil met de originele, dus fantastisch!
