This is not a Bad Aluminium Driver, but still its a Aluminium Driver and it sounds Heavy and Sharp, not Warm so I only give it 4 Stars, Aluminium Drivers Membranes are quite heavier so if you need a Warm sound you should choose Paper,Kevlar,Carbon,Magnesium,Beryllium, Basically almost every Material is better.

It's a really great little midrange driver. Only need one PEQ around 2200hz to measure very flat and smooth in my 3-way setup. Fits perfect with a Seas DXT in a narrow beveled box, with 2 SB23NRX as woofers. Crossed at 400 and 2000hz. Very open and clear. The only thing to consider - is the low sensitivity, which might not be for high SPL. But in my fully active DSP controlled setup, it plays with sufficient volume for all I need.

Great woofer as always. Outside diameter appears to have changed to 126mm and mounting ring thickness to 4.5mm! Please don't cut any holes before you receive it.

Great driver. Beautifully made and looks and sounds great in my 3 way custom towers. Really impressed with the quality and sound for the price, will definitely be buying more from Dayton Audio.

De Dayton 125 RS ik gebruik als midrange dus werkt tussen 2.5khz en 312hz . De geluid is onwijs goed schoon en dynamisch. Ik zou aanraden aan andere klanten dit product.
