Dayton Audio RSS315HF-4 12" Reference HF Subwoofer 4 Ohm

As with the rest of the Dayton Audio Reference Series speakers, the main focus of these subwoofers is ultra-low-distortion. Second, third, and intermodulation distortion are kept extremely low by utilizing three short-circuit paths within the motor structure. A durable aramid fiber spider and extensive venting throughout provide quiet and uniform excursion for the Reference Series RSS315HF-4 12" subwoofer speaker. The black anodized cone, rubber surround, and custom basket give this driver and the rest of the Reference Series a unique, high-end look. Choose the high fidelity version for home systems when you are looking for clean, low bass and are not restricted by cabinet size.

Highly recommended product for those seeking a fast and accurate sub I am using it in a sealed cabinet with DSP driven by a Hypex UcD amp and I am super happy with it. I have ordered a second one too to create a Double Bass Array Thumbs up for Dayton and Soundimports!!

Hello dear Soundimports, just want to correct your suggested volume in sealed or vented box, you probably used previous datas from older model... That sub is great in about 65liter ported enclosure, not in 120liter as you recommend..... Best regards from Slovakia....

Extremely good and accurate subwoofer. For 225 Euros this is a no brainer if you want high quality. Massive double stacked magnet, sturdy cast aluminium basket. Gold spring terminals ready for accepting up to 8 gauge wire. No matter if you listen to fast or slow music this sub is ready for everything you can throw at it.
