Swapped noname speakers with 4 of those in a DIY boombox. Combined with a decend subwoofer they are mindblowing!

Absolutely amazing driver. If you are using them as a midrange as I am in a DIY 3 way these are absolutely of the charts in quality. As long as you build the correct size enclosure and match driver sensitivity as required these are infallible in my opinion. As a full range I couldn't say, but it's a small driver, you don't really want to ask it to do everything without some serious attention to cabinet design. I think these could work great in ...

Great 4" fullrange drivers. With a well calibrated box enclosure you can draw quite a punch from this little guys! Just don't expect that sharp treble on all way round kinds of music, it's just not there. Build quality is fantastic though. Still a bit pricey for what they offer! I've found similar drivers online for less than 30eur. Cheers, Pedro.

The sound produced by these speakers is of a very high quality, however, you have to drive them hard to get them to work well. I was driving them via a Brennan B2. On my normal mordaunt short 902i's I get great sound at about 30 on the volume knob, these I had to drive at 55 to get anywhere near the same level. They will do as speakers for the garden as background but not for full time listening.
