It is manufactured with high-purity copper wire, which is "baked" to create a perfect shape, resulting in a distortion-free inductor. This modern, self-supporting design eliminates the need for plastic bobbins, further enhancing its performance. The enameled copper wire is solderable with a self-bonding topcoat of class 155, adhering to the norms of IEC 60317-35 and DIN EN 60317-35. It is crafted with Grade 1B copper wire and coated with Polyurethane with an aliphatic polyamide bond.
