        The Monacor SP-200X is a high efficiency 8’’ full range driver with a surprisingly linear response. Furthermore it exhibits all the positive characteristics of a full range speaker, such as the point source reproduction, with reduced beaming in the highs thanks to the well-integrated whizzer cone: The best of both worlds!

         

        It is efficient enough to be a very competent PA woofer but it is also very well suited for home audio purposes, especially high efficiency point source speaker systems.

        Très peu enthousiasmé par le son ce haut-parleur, qui manque furieusement de densité. Je l'ai testé avec un amplificateur à tubes TAD 6550. A titre personnel, je ne le recommanderai point. Son atout unique, est qu'il n'est pas cher. Very little enthusiastic about the sound of this speaker, which lacks density. I tested it with a TAD 6550 tube amplifier. Personally, I would not recommend it. Its unique advantage is that it is not expensive.
