        The Scan-Speak 15W/8434G00 is a 5.5" (140mm) midwoofer from the Discovery series. It features a coated NRSC fiberglass cone, a low damping SBR rubber surround, a ferrite magnet system with an aluminum ring, and a die-cast aluminum chassis. The woofer has a frequency response of 55-2200 Hz, an impedance of 8 ohms, and a sensitivity of 86 dB.

         

        The Discovery series is designed to offer traditional design, superior sound, a solid construction, and a wide range of variants.
