Ich habe das Produkt schon seit zwei Jahren und hatte noch keine Probleme. Das einzige was mich persönlich etwas stört ist das nicht dabei steht welche Größe das Bassreflexrohr haben muss.Aber ansonsten tolles Produkt. Kann man nur weiter Empfehlen.

Very good driver for the money. good enough construction for the money, offers a great amount of bass. Solid performance with 'modern' music with a lot of boom boom. Not very musical (not suited to classical where bass is music). 3 stars for my use, might be 5 stars for many others, depending mostly on musical genres.

Wollte erst nur 3 Sterne geben, hatte aber falsche Erwartungen. Für nen schmalen Taler kann man in relativ kleinen Gehäusen opulenten Bass erzeugen, dieses allerdings im gewissen Rahmen und daher nur mit begrenzten Pegel möglich. Dann ist das Ganze leider wenig audiophil. Das Chassis ist sehr träge und der Wirkungsgrad dürftig. Für ne Dreiwegebox bspw. nur zu gebrauchen, wenn man die Gruppenlaufzeit und Impusantwort mit ner aktiven Lösung...

Erstaunlich was für ein Fundament der kleine erzeugt. Ich dachte mein großer Sub ist an. Der Pegel ist zwar begrenzt aber der Tiefgang ist enorm. Sehr gut verarbeitet und abartig gut. Optimales Volumen: 16 Liter bei fTun > 37 Hz = f3 > 33 Hz Plane noch ein Konzept mit 4 Stück. Mal sehen wohin dann die Party geht.

Using it in a Subwoofer with 12.1 L net volume, tuned to 39Hz with a rather long but still reasonable lenght of the BR tunnel. Starts dropping at around 36Hz and reaches around 30Hz (-8db). I like it and the price seams reasonable for what I got.

If you want a subwoofer moving a lot of air with big xmax in a small enclosure (below 14L) there are really not many options, the W5 is one of them. I Built a 12.5L box tuned at 36hz with an f3 of 31hz with an external port and hits mighty fine on the lows (around 40hz) for its size and power requirement. I'm in the bedding in stage still but it seems like it is absolutely worth the asking price. Also thanks to soundimports (and UPS) ...

Nice little bass. I did not get it working nicely (yet) but my room modes are horrible. Frame could be sturdier. Also you need sealing tape with this.

The advertised specs for this small subwoofer are nowhere close to actual figures as tested with Dayton Audio DATS V3. I could not get any of the free air properties to come even within an acceptable margin of error close to the ones advertised in the Tang Bang data sheet. As for Fs it is advertised as 45HZ but mine read 66HZ. I purchased another similar unit from another supplier just to check and it read 63HZ. I asked a friend on mine who has o...

The smooth bass it puts out for it's size is just amazing. It can push serious air and allows you to feel the music, it's such a package and the ideal component to any speaker. It took me a while to find a product to fit my needs perfectly but now that I have l'll be encorparating this sub into most of my builds.
