        The BM2288 features an 8" critically doped polymer cone, which is designed to minimize coloration and deliver clear, accurate sound. The symmetrical field magnet system allows for large linear excursions, essential for handling deep bass frequencies with low distortion. Double rear suspensions provide excellent transient stability even at high drive levels, ensuring consistent performance.

         

        This driver operates within a frequency range of 30 to 3000 Hz, with a sensitivity of 89 dB/W/m and a power handling capacity of 150W AES. Its Thiele-Small parameters are optimized for use in relatively small enclosures, making it suitable for compact monitors and 2-way systems. The BM2288 is available in both 8 ohm and 16 ohm versions, offering flexibility for various system configurations.
