It is built from high-purity, "baked" copper wire, shaped perfectly to ensure distortion-free sound. The coil features a modern self-supporting design, eliminating the need for plastic bobbins. The coil wire is enameled and solderable, with a self-bonding topcoat of class 155, as per IEC 60317-35 and DIN EN 60317-35 specifications. Being a Grade 1B copper wire, it guarantees high performance and durability. Its polyurethane with aliphatic polyamide bond coat enhances longevity. The coil boasts a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring accurate and consistent performance, making it an ideal choice for crossover components in audio systems.
